INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE APPLICATION 1. Membership fee as given at S1.No. 13 of the application proforma is to be deposited in the Special Saving Bank Account No. 629101102838 of ICICI Bank. The account has been opened in the name of “Export Promotion Council for EOUs/SEZs”. This is an all India account and can be operated any of the branch of ICICI Bank anywhere in the country. 2. Application proforma along with receipt from ICICI bank is to be submitted to the Development Commissioner. 3. Development Commissioner shall issue a letter confirming acceptance of your membership and will allot a membership number.
